Shaneel Singh, currently Chief Product & Growth Officer for South Africa, has been named as EssenceMediacom’s new Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Sub-Saharan Africa.
He will be responsible for enhancing and developing the overall capability of EssenceMediacom across the region, with a particular focus on delivering performance, profitability, market position, talent and growth.
The network currently operates in 54 countries across Africa, and has offices in West and East Africa, servicing brands such as Coca-Cola.
His brief is to ensure that the network has the capability to drive breakthroughs for client businesses in all markets, becoming current and future clients’ trusted advisors, offering world-class capabilities delivered by the best talent in the region.
