Gender Pay Gap Report 2024

As a company we are committed to inclusivity and support for staff. For women in particular, we understand how important it is that we support them through all stages of life.

As well as reducing our mean and median pay gap every year we also look to support in other key areas. From how we recruit training in recognising and addressing microaggressions as part of the employee onboarding processes, progressive family policies, our management being educated to understand and discuss the menopause empathetically, or our leadership development experience for Black Women to enhance personal and professional growth.

We look to ensure that no one feels that they are being restricted because of their gender.
