EssenceMediacom's Affiliate Director – Head of Affiliates, Kirsten Black, has clinched a coveted spot in the Campaign Media Week 30 Under 30 Awards 2024, affirming her status as one of the brightest young talents in the media industry today.

The Campaign Media Week 30 Under 30 initiative is designed to spotlight the young professionals who are redefining the boundaries of media with their passion, creativity, and brilliance.

Since Kirsten’s start at EssenceMediacom in 2018, Kirsten has been a force to be reckoned with. Her sharp acumen for securing key partnerships with industry giants such as Beauty Bay, Amazon Audible, and Warner Leisure Hotels has not only expanded client programmes into new markets but also spearheaded a significant 47% revenue growth in 2023.

Kirsten's ambition extends beyond her corporate achievements. She is a fervent advocate for the affiliate community in the North and serves on the board of Affiliate Links, where she works tirelessly to bolster support networks for performance marketing professionals.

Her collaborative efforts with her Operations Partner to mentor school leavers and graduates have yielded impressive career progressions within her team. Kirsten's leadership has been instrumental in promoting flexible working models and nurturing a team culture that is both thriving and inclusive.
